- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered Fragata Green Olive.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with skewered olive.

History:
Adapted from a recipe created by María Piscopo at Madrid's 1862 Dry Bar, where we discovered this as the second on the bar's "signature" cocktails menu in January 2025.
