The extensive cocktail list includes a page of signature cocktails spanning different styles, followed by pages of classics. If that were not enough, the menu was delivered with the boast, "We can also make most other classics".

Dry Bar's décor is rustic and homely rather than polished, and it enjoys good neighbourhood trade and, thanks to making it onto the 'top lists', also some curious international drinkers. So much so that on weekends and other busy nights, you may well find yourself guided to the basement below, where there are more high tables and a banquet next to a caged stock room. The cocktails taste just as good here, and the attentive staff won't forget you're there, although you'll miss some of this bar's buzz.
