22.5 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Grenadine/pomegranate syrup |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with skewered maraschino cherry.

A Scotch Daisy with apple brandy and egg white. I've tried calvados instead of applejack, but applejack sits better with the scotch whisky.

Juice 1 Lime
1 jigger Apple Jack
½ jigger Scotch Whiskey
¼ jigger Grenadine
White of 1 Egg
Shake well in a mixing glass with cracked ice, strain and serve.
