Fee Foam is a vegan-friendly alternative to using egg white with a few dashes from the convenient dasher cap added to a cocktail prior to shaking, producing a foam head on the finished cocktail.

Ingredients
Water, propylene glycol, polysorbate 80, potassium sorbate, less than 1/10 of 1% benzoate of soda as preservative, citric acid, pure lemon extract.

Appearance:

Clear, coulourless.

Overall:

Fee Foam doesn't have the dark colour or strong bitter flavour associated with some lesser egg alternative foamers, yet a few dashes added before shaking produce cocktails with an impressive foam.
