Eve Vodka is distilled on a farm from fermented apples and should not be confused with apple-flavoured vodkas made with industrial-scale neutral spirits.

Made from 100% whole English apples, which are crushed and the seeds and stems removed. The apple juice, pulp and skins are fermented using EC-1118 Champagne yeast and then distilled in a hybrid 20-plate still with all the pomace in the still so lipids add to the texture of the final vodka. It is redistilled a second time to produce a 96% alc./vol. distillate, which is hydrated to bottling strength.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Aromas of apple cider hint at what this vodka is made from, with cereal and delcate white pepper.

Taste:

Clean and crisp, and while dry, the rounded mouthfeel conveys a perceived sweetness. The flavour does indeed hint towards this vodka's origins.

Aftertaste:

Spiritous cider with subtle enlivening cinnamon and black pepper spice.

Overall:

Eve Vodka should not be confused with vodka infused with apple flavour, but this delicious vodka does express hints of flavour and mouthfeel from the apples used to make it.
