Ingredients:
22.5 ml Absolut Vanilia Vodka
22.5 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
15 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%)
60 ml Orange juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Adapted from a drink discovered in 2003 at Oporto, Leeds, England. The "Thriller in Manila" was what the 1975 heavyweight fight between Muhammad Ali and Smokin' Joe Frazier became known as.
