22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
7.5 ml | Bols Peach Liqueur |
15 ml | Lillet Blanc |
5 gram | Rocket/Arugula salad leaves |
Garnish:
A cucumber roll to accentuate the "salad-ness" of the drink and cuts the pepper-y-ness of the arugula.
How to make:
1. Place arugula in shaker with simple syrup and lightly muddle.
2. Shake all ingredients with ice.
3. Double strain into a Nick & Nora.
