Serve in a

Nick & Nora glass
Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
22.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
7.5 ml Bols Peach Liqueur
15 ml Lillet Blanc
5 gram Rocket/Arugula salad leaves

Garnish:

A cucumber roll to accentuate the "salad-ness" of the drink and cuts the pepper-y-ness of the arugula.

How to make:

1. Place arugula in shaker with simple syrup and lightly muddle.
2. Shake all ingredients with ice.
3. Double strain into a Nick & Nora.

Origin:

The origin of the drink was a simple concept. Let's make a cocktail with arugula and I want it to taste like a having a fresh salad on a hot summer day.

Alcohol content:

  • 1.2 standard drinks
  • 15.34% alc./vol. (30.68° proof)
  • 17.3 grams of pure alcohol
