5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
105 ml | Fiol Extra Dry Prosecco |

How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Flute glass.
- Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.
- MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- Add liqueur and lemon juice, SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- TOP with sparkling wine and briefly stir.
- Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.

Strawberries seem to complement prosecco even better than white peaches so perhaps order this in preference to a Bellini.
