Pure Folie translates as 'pure madness', perhaps referring to the quantity of strawberries needed to make this fruity liqueur. It also uses cognac, Saumur white Chenin wine, mint, ginger, chocolate, and spices.
Made in the Loire Valley using only locally grown strawberries.

Appearance:
Clear, deep strawberry red.
Aroma:
Intense super ripe strawberries, strawberry jelly cubes and strawberries drizzled with honey and sprinkled with chopped mint leaves.
Taste:
Ripe strawberries enlivened with cracked black pepper spice and made more flavoursome with minty freshness.
Aftertaste:
Honeyed strawberry with a peppery tingle.
