Ingredients:
1 slice Red chili pepper (jalapeño/fresno chili (10,000 SHU) deseeded)
3 sprig Coriander/Cilantro leaves
60 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
20 ml Agave syrup
30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of chilli pepper slice.
  3. MUDDLE chilli and coriander/cilantro in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with a slice chilli pepper (prepending on strength, warn drinker not to eat).
