7 fresh Mint leaves
22.5 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
22.5 ml Luxardo Aperitivo
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Ginger syrup (equal parts ginger juice to caster sugar by weight

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger.
  3. Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
