How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered crystallised ginger.
- Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
- Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
