45 ml Patrón Silver blanco tequila
22.5 ml De Kuyper Crème de Cafe
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Agave syrup
3 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of salt rim and dehydrated lime slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

This coffee-flavoured tequila sour is more brown than "Negra" (black) but is a tasty riff on a Margarita. How much agave syrup you should use depends on how sweet/dry your coffee liqueur is and your or your guest's palate.
