Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Herbaceous roasted agave with that wet cement mineral note that great tequilas often have. White pepper, cinnamon, coal dust and mint freshness.
Taste:
Minerally herbal and slightly salty with coal tar, thyme, white pepper, mint and pine freshness.
Aftertaste:
Charcoal and lingering minerality with faint cigar tobacco leaves and cleansing white pepper spice.
Overall:
Refined and yet expressive. Deliciously so!
