- Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.
- Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- STIR all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Gin-forward with a kiss of aromatised wine and maraschino. For a more delicate "Kiss", cut the gin back to 45ml or even 30ml and add one or two dashes respectively of Creole-style bitters.
