Serve in a

Martini glass
Ingredients:
8 fresh Mint leaves
60 ml Bourbon whiskey
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
10 ml Chilled water (omit if using wet ice)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of mint leaf or mint sprig.
  3. Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a mint leaf or float the tip of a mint sprig.

Adapted from a recipe created in the mid-1990s by Dick Bradsell.
