Ingredients:
30 ml Patrón Reposado tequila
20 ml Disaronno amaretto
15 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
10 ml De Kuyper Triple Sec (40%)
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5 drop Tonka bitters (optional)
5 drop Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with lime wedge.

History:

A mezcal-influenced Italian Margarita. Others have done this before, but this recipe by yours truly in January 2024.
