Serve in a

Martini glass
Ingredients:
45 ml Irish whiskey
60 ml Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
15 ml Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar:1 water)
30 ml Single cream/half-and-half

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Float 3 coffee beans for garnish.

Review:

Forget sipping warm java through a cold head of cream. This 'Martini' version of the classic Irish Coffee offers all the flavour without the moustache.
