Fresh Monkey is exciting for mixologists as it presents a new spirit with new flavours on which to base cocktails. Fresh Monkey emerged from a whisky base but although it's distilled from grain has fruity notes associated with rum. Hence, Fresh Monkey presents the opportunity to make usually whisky-based cocktails, such as a 'Fresh' Manhattan, to rum-based cocktails, such as Daiquiris.
Fresh Monkey is a category-changing blend of three Scotch new make spirits: one single malt and two grain whiskies.
