25 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
