Old-fashioned glass
Ingredients:
5 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
30 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
30 ml Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered orange slice wheel &/or green grape (sail).
  3. MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
  4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  6. Garnish with skewered orange slice &/or grape.
