Serve in a

Rocks glass
Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
22.5 ml Amaro Nonino
15 ml Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur
7.5 ml Giffard Earl Grey Syrup

Garnish:

lemon zest twist and matcha powder

How to make:

stir all ingredients and strain into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Notes:

Please sprinkle matcha powder on the cup, not in the wine. Cut the lemon peel into coins for decoration.
