30 ml Jamaican-style overproof aged pot still rum
22.5 ml Strucchi Red Bitter Liqueur
15 ml Strawberry sugar syrup
45 ml Pineapple juice
2 dash La Fée Parisienne absinthe

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.

Fruity in every sense of the word – not to mention estery with namesake dundery rum notes taking centre stage. (Flavours are somewhat reminiscent of a Reggae Rum Punch.)
