30 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
15 ml Claret wine (Bordeaux red)

How to make:

SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. Carefully FLOAT wine.

Created by Stacey Harvard who, in December 2020, commented on our Devil's Margarita page saying "I used Del Maguey Mezcal instead, the smokiness seemed more appropriate. Was lovely."
