Just 3 drops of Cocktail Plus Premium Foam added to a cocktail before shaking will produce a stable foam head on the cocktail without any perceivable affecting on the taste.

Appearance:

Crystal clear. (Sample bottle had a best before end Sept 2027 date.)

Aroma:

Mild aroma reminiscent of washing-up liquid with faint citrus.

Taste:

When sampled neat (not recommended), it has a mild bitterness and citrus sourness.

Aftertaste:

Hangs on the palate for a long time.

Overall:

When we tested Whiskey Sours made with Cocktail Plus Premium against our best-performing brand of foamer (3 drops for each), Cocktail Plus Premium produced an equally impressive amount of foam. Cocktail Plus Premium does have a bitter taste, and although almost tasteless foamers are available, many have a far more bitter flavour.
