How to make:
- Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
- Prepare garnish of orange zest twist &/or peach wedge.
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- Garnish with orange zest twist (expressed over cocktail) &/or peach wedge on rim.

BERMUDA COCKTAIL

1 ¾ ounces gin
¾ ounce peach brandy
2 dashes grenadine
2 dashes orange juice
Shake with ice cubes. Strain into large chilled cocktail glass.
